# 异常支付通知

> 每产生一笔异常支付流水，向对应商户发送一次 webhook 通知。

回调体包含 `bizType`、`bizId`、`bizStatus` 与 `data`。

## 概述

本页说明 `webhook unresolvedPayNotify`。完整的参数、响应结构与示例由上方关联的 OpenAPI 或 webhook 定义渲染。

## 说明

* 该页描述的是 GatePay 主动投递的回调载荷，不是商户主动发起的请求。
* 收到回调后请先完成签名校验，再进行幂等处理与业务更新。

## 消息结构

| `bizStatus` | string | 业务状态，如 `UNRESOLVED_PENDING` |

## data 字段说明

| `errorType` | string | 异常原因枚举 |
| `originalOrderId` | string | 关联 Gate Pay 原始订单号（收款码类型则为空） |
| `originalMerchantTradeNo` | string | 关联的原始商户订单号（收款码类型则为空） |
| `expectedAmount` | string | 预期订单金额（收款码类型则为空） |
| `expectedChainCurrency` | array | 预期订单网络和币种 |
| `actualAmount` | string | 实际订单金额 |
| `actualCurrency` | string | 实际订单币种 |
| `actualChain` | string | 实际订单网络 |
| `customerName` | string | 客户（收单类型则为空） |
